Kids are out on the fields of grass and dirt daily now, so that means my floors are getting so messy, let’s not even talk about what my van looks like. Those soccer cleats sure can hold a lot of mud! It is hard to get my kids to stop at the garage door and take their gear off before walking ALL OVER THE HOUSE. I am learning to embrace the soccer mess one day at a time knowing that 1) my kids are old enough to start cleaning after themselves and 2) I have the Libman mopping system for easy cleanup.
With the Libman Freedom Spray Mop, it uses a microfiber pad that you can see picking up the dirt and locking it away. Once done with mopping, I can pull it off and drop it in the washing machine to clean for the next use. I do have a backup in case the pad gets lost in laundry land aka my bedroom floor. I like having a reusable cloth pad versus buying boxes and boxes of throw away pads.
The refillable water/cleaning solution tank is great for taking control of what cleaner you use and in what concentration. Libman has a line of solution concentrates for multi-surface as well as hardwood. We have laminate and tile in the house so the multi-surface is a perfect combo. You can clearly see how much solution you have left in the tank. The handle is easy to grab and squeeze so my kids can no longer say “I can’t do it”. Yes buddy you can do it. Mommy will watch you clean up your own mess from your soccer cleats!
