I get muscle pain because I have a herniated disc in my back and need back surgery. I take hot bathes or see my chiropractor to deal with it.

I've had 6 neck surgeries and my neck has both front and back fusions I have muscle and nerve issues with my neck, shoulders, arms, shoulder blades, and back. Even though I take medication for pain I still use muscle rubs to help with some of the pain.

I usually get neck pain & the best thing I found to relieve the pain is theragesic.
