I think you&#038;#39;d benefit from watching it because it goes into a lot of detail into all the diseases you&#038;#39;re preventing by simply being active for 30 min a day - it also points out that even if you don&#038;#39;t lose weight you&#038;#39;re still preventing those diseases by being active! I think you&#038;#39;d enjoy it, and it&#038;#39;ll make you feel better about]]></description>
