Guess who’s back…. That’s right the Bronco’s Back, Back Again. Let me tell you all that I was intrigued when I heard that Ford was bringing back the Bronco. It is an icon of a vehicle. Many people have memories of some sort of the Ford Bronco. One infamous chase in a white one comes to mind for me. The Ford Bronco disappeared for quite some time, but has made a comeback in many forms and styles.
Bronco’s Back, Back Again
It has been a minute since I have been writing, so maybe now it is time for both of us to make an epic comeback.
2022 Ford Bronco Everglades
The new Ford Broncos are just what you want in a sport utility vehicle. It is rough, rugged, utilitarian, and pretty stylish on top of it all. Ford first released the Bronco Sport. I will say that I wasn’t necessarily a fan of the smaller version of such an iconic vehicle. When they released the full size version, it was just what I wanted from the Bronco name. It has nods to some of the classic shape that we all used to love and recognize, but in an updated version.
I was able to drive the 2022 Ford Bronco Everglades recently and I was impressed with what Ford was able to put into this vehicle. This version of the Bronco definitely gives “off the beaten path” type vibes. It is one you could take out in the Everglades as you go fish or hunting. The exterior color was called Desert Sand with the Everglades stamping towards the front panel. Roof rails with crossbar and snorkel, tow hooks, winch bar, tie down hooks on the fender, LED headlights, and many more features complete this outdoor rugged look.
Interior Highlights
The inside of the Ford Bronco Everglades is where they brought in a combo of rugged luxury. The onyx marine grade vinyl seats are made for adventuring. The 12″ touchscreen, which is as big as a tablet, helps you navigate those back roads or take your kids to their next soccer game. The interior is loaded with creature comforts and all the functions you would want inside.
Safety and Functionality Highlights
The safety and functionality that is built into the Ford Bronco is impressive. FordPass Connect with 4G WIFI means that you can stay connected on the road. There are times when we head to the soccer fields for either practice or a game that I need to be able to get on my laptop. With the 4G WIFI, I was able to send a quick email or to even look up houses for my real estate clients. I was able to get connected and write contracts all while in the Bronco.
Overall Thoughts
I can say that I appreciate getting to experience the 2022 Ford Bronco Everglades. It opened my eyes to see the detail and skill that was put into making this iconic vehicle have new life. I can’t wait to see what other versions they do with the Bronco. In a big way Ford said Bronco’s Back, Back Again.
