Most of you may not know since I don’t talk a lot about my husband, but he is a restaurant manager. Funny thing is that I went to school for hotel/restaurant management and he went for English. Now I am the one who writes and he is the one running a restaurant. Go figure. Anyways he thankfully mostly works days, but leaves early in the morning. This leaves little time for him to eat breakfast and truthfully he has more time in the truck on his commute to eat. So I have been searching for foods that are easily portable and will give him that boost and fuel he needs in the morning to survive the long work days. I will show you today an easy breakfast for restaurant managers thanks to belVita biscuits.

belVita are the start to a great easy breakfast for restaurants managers and really anyone who needs to eat breakfast on the run. My husband can grab one of his favorite flavors, an apple, and pour himself a small cup of milk to go and in two minutes he is out the door with his breakfast. This combo is enough to give him about 4 hours of lasting energy so that he can power through reports, checking inventory, and helping to prep food for the busy lunch rush.

To change things up, I sometimes make him small bags of grapes or blueberries that he can also just grab and go to complete his breakfast along with his blueberry belVita biscuits. You can find several varieties of belVita in the cracker aisle. They have either the crispy biscuits or even soft baked ones as well. I heard there is even some with a yogurt coating on them as well that I am sure would be yummy.
