I really don’t have much to report this week, except that cookies are evil!! haha

I have been craving chocolate chip cookies for weeks now so I decided to finally make some for the kids.. ya right, for the kids….

Cookies have always been my downfall when it comes to sweets. I actually ate better this past week and was mindful of portion sizes and all, but I managed to not lose any weight and had a slight gain.. boooooo

I definitely think the cookies were my downfall this week. I also kept on my pedometer this week as much as possible and am realizing that I am not moving around as much as I really need to be. I move around a lot with 4 kids around, but not nearly enough to burn away any “extras” that I may have eaten.

I am going now to print out my 2 week challenge exercises and I hope that I can get motivated enough to do them and finish strong. I don’t have too much farther to go in my weight loss journey, but this last bit is hard to get off!!

Ugh cookies are my weakness too. I love them. But that's okay to venture away every once in a while. Good luck with the challenge!

Cookies are dangerous in this house! I can sit and eat too many to admit to. Good luck with the 2 week challenge!

Have you ever tried chocolate chip muffins rather than cookies? If you find the right recipe and use dark chocolate morsels, you can satisfy your craving without soooooo much of the guilt :)

GOOD LUCK with the 2-week challenge!

I totally agree.. Cookie = Evil.. pretty sure they were invented by the Devil and if not him then by some mean little fat gremlin.. But I still love them. 😉
