This last week, we started another #2weekchallenge with #mamavation and @mrbookieboo!! This is has some pretty different exercises than I am used to for sure!! I have to say just about every part of my body is sore. I had to do some modifications even on the beginner workouts, but it felt great. I am slowly starting to feel a little better and not quite as much pain as normal.

I am so ready for the next week and to see what changes it brings!! I have lost 20 pounds over the last year, but still have a ways to go before I am back where I want to be. It is starting to be shorts weather around here and I want to look better this year!!

If you have thought about joining Mamavation, don’t put it off any longer. And signups just opened up to be one of the next Mamavation Moms. Check out this post on what it means and who can sign up!

Our question this week is: What is your #1 challenge when it comes to working out?
I have to say that mine is time. Life has gotten pretty busy lately and it is hard to get myself to stop and take time for myself and workout. Between getting ready, working out, cooling down, then getting showered that takes about 2 hours that I don’t always have. I know I will feel so much better if I get my workout in, but sometimes life just gets in the way.

Time is one of my biggest challenges too, it seems like there is always something that needs to get done!

    April-
This challenge is kicking my butt, too! I started a little bit later, but I, too, and modifying. I figure as long as I am a sweaty mess at the end, I'm doing it right!

Wendy @ the weightsover.net
