Clean Up Your Insides- Bell Supplement Review & Giveaway 9/18

As most of you know, I had surgery just over a month ago and let me tell you it has been an adventure trying to recover and get the use of my stomach muscles back as well as my energy. The first two weeks were hard in more ways than one. Having to take strong pain meds can well…. stop you up. The last thing I needed to be doing was straining to go to the bathroom, but with not wanting to eat much I just wasn’t getting the fiber I needed to go properly.

I was sent some Bell #10 Intestinal Cleaning supplement. I didn’t take it for the first two weeks after surgery because I wasn’t sure how I would react to it or what all it would do. Now, I almost wish I had started taking it right after surgery.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this supplement worked. Within just over a day, I was able to go to the bathroom with minimal strain. I could tell that it was helping to rid my body of the toxins that I had been putting in with the pain medication. With regular use, I have become regular again. 

Since I have had to start eating gluten free, on the occasion that I do get gluten my belly swells and I get so bloated. Not Fun, let me tell you. Since starting the Bell #10, it has helped me not feel quite so miserable on the times I get gluten.
