The term “Gluten Intolerant” or Celiac’s Disease is becoming more and more well known as the years go by. I think probably most of us know one if not more people who cannot have products where gluten is present, otherwise they have major stomach issues or more severe allergic reactions.
When my mother in law found out that she was gluten intolerant several years ago, she really reasearched what it all entailed and what foods she could and could not have. Since I like to cook and bake, I also looked in to what it means to be gluten intolerant. It is amazing how gluten is in so many things!!
