Do you ave a massive sweet tooth? Oh I know I do, sugar is my biggest enemy when it comes to food. I struggle with constantly wanting something sweet and lets face it with a home baking business it is really hard to get away from sugar when it is one of my jobs. But I have realized recently that eating so much sugar is what has been keeping me from losing any weight and in fact I have been gaining. So what’s a girls to do to curb after meal sugar cravings??!!!
So I have been on a mission to watch how much sugar that I was eating. All was fine throughout the day, but at the end of dinner I just wanted a little something sweet. I was sent some MealEnders to test out and let me tell you, these things are cool.
What are MealEnders?
They are little 15 calorie lozenges that are coated on the outside with a chocolate of sorts so that you get that sweet little punch that you have been wanting while the inside lozenge part gives you something to have in your mouth while your brain catches up to signal that you are full and don’t need anymore food. You are not supposed to chew the lozenge, just suck on it until it is gone. This helps in keeping your mouth occupied so that you don’t continue to eat food and become overstuffed.
What did I think?
These little lozenge candies are fun. They have 4 flavors to choose from: Cinnamon, Chocolate Mint, Mocha and Citrus. I tend to eat a mint after my meal and this was a great substitute for it as well as keeping me from eating dessert. I got my tiny sweet fix and then I moved on. My sweet cravings have lessened for sure. If I want a snack or something sweet throughout the day I can pop one of these in and feel guilty about having lots of calories wasted. They are easy to take with you so even if you are eating out you can pop one in after your meal.
