I did it!! I finally got back on the treadmill today!! I was able to run for the first mile, then walked the next 3/4, then ran the last 1/4. I did just over 2 miles in 30 minutes. I definitely have some work to do to get back where I was before the holidays, but I am pretty proud of myself for getting back in the groove. I even did about 20 minutes more of leg exercises afterwards.
I look forward to getting back in my workout groove and have already signed up for the next mamavation 2 week challenge starting next Monday!! If you want more info on it go here 🙂

Yeah I need to start exercising every day again. I only exercise ones a week!
