#Mamavation Monday- Feeling Better

With all that has been going on the past weeks/months, I am happy to say that this last week has been much better for me health wise. I have been doing really good with my juicing and I really believe that it has helped me at least slowly start to feel better. One awesome thing is that I have only had to take my allergy meds four days out of the whole last 1 1/2 weeks. This is huge since for the last two years, I have had to take it everyday!!!

My brain seems to be more alert and at least partially more focused than it has been in quite some time. I have actually wanted to get work done and have actually accomplished getting most of it finished. It is amazing to see how what I eat really has made a difference in my allergies.

I wish I could say that I started back on the treadmill, but I haven’t just yet. I will get there. I am slowly working on getting my motivation back and getting more energy. This morning though, I cleaned a whole house(not my own) and washed the inside and out of my van(which hasn’t been done in two months!!). That is an accomplishment in and of itself.

I have finally gone to under the 140 mark!! I weighed in at 139.6 the last two days!! For a total loss of 23.4 pounds!! Woo Hoo.


I am going to keep up with my juicing on top of eating better and I hope to add in some actual exercise this week besides just house chores. I am getting more and more excited for Fitcation in just a couple of weeks. Time away with some fabulous ladies, getting our workout on and time of togetherness!!
