If you recall, I just posted about how I stock up on snacks from Sam’s Club. Boy it sure makes it easy to be able to get a large quantity of snacks for my kids in one shopping trip at a wholesale price. I love how I can also earn money for my kids school just by saving the box tops that I get on their favorite General Mills snacks. Thanks to a promotion going on right now, you can earn extra box tops just by buying three eligible box tops items at Sam’s Club and then submitting your receipt as well as UPC codes by email. Below I share the process for how to redeem box tops.
I have never saved box tops before because our school really has never said anything about them which was evident by the lack of earning that has happened over the last two years. It is so easy to sign up with your own account. You can set your preferences as far as school and other details. One thing I thought was cool, but which I wasn’t able to do was have a loyalty card from a grocery store set up so that you can also earn for your school that way. I wish that any of the grocery stores around me participated because I would be all over that.
Like physical Box Tops, eBoxTops are worth ten cents for your school. However, instead of clipping these Box Tops and sending them into your school, eBoxTops are awarded electronically to your schools earnings at SamsClub.com/BoxTops and will be included in your school’s next Box Tops check amount. Grab your Sam’s Club receipts and follow these easy instructions to earn eBoxTops for your school.
Here is how to redeem box tops from the products you buy:
BUY: Head to a participating Sam’s Club to make your purchase of three or more BTFE items in one transaction. Don’t forget to save your receipt!
SNAP: Snap a picture of the receipt showing date, UPC codes, and total purchase amount. Send picture to samsclub@btfereceipts.com & receive a unique code.
ENTER: Enter your code at SamsClub.com/BoxTops to send your school eBoxTops™!
It really is an easy process and if you can make shopping easier on yourself by buying in bulk, then earning money for your school at the same time then why not take these few extra steps. My plan is to start cutting box tops as I see them, then also shopping at Sam’s Club more so that I can earn extra $$ for our school. My goal for this year will be revamping our school to encourage other parents to turn in their box tops and start getting money for our school that can be used towards our playground fund!
