Well I am happy to share first off that I lost 1 pound this last week after having several weeks with little movement. So that makes a total of 26 pounds down. I have at least 7ish more to go to get to my goal weight.
I really watched what I ate this past week and even though it was “that week” I didn’t give in to the temptations like I normally do. I kept up with my juicing and that alone is a big factor. I was getting in enough liquids so that I wasn’t hungry and flushing out my system well.
While I didn’t exactly follow the 2 week challenge exercises exactly, I made sure I was up and moving and cleaning and picking up after the kids as much as possible. Plus I would take 5 minutes here and there to do some crunches, lunges, and squats.
I hope that I can keep things up this next week and knock at least another pound off and follow the 2 week challenge exercises better. Time is my biggest factor in getting them done.
Heres to hoping I get it done and keep on track. I feel so much better when I do and need to remember that when I go grab chocolate or cookies π
