This past week has been a bit better than some of the last has been. I have been doing a lot better at watching what I eat, making sure that I am actually having my snacks to keep my energy up and drinking my water. I was actually able to lose 1+ pounds this past week!! I am now at a total loss of 21.6 pounds over the last year!!

This next week is going to be crazy with trying to pack and move our house while still keeping up with blog work and kiddos. I still wasn’t able to get any actual workouts done since my toe is still giving me issues and doesn’t want to be in real shoes but I was at least up and moving getting cleaning and packing done.

I am hoping that my toe won’t give me too many problems this week since we will be going, going going. I sure wish we had more time to get our house ready to go and move, but I can’t change that now πŸ™‚

My goal this week is to stay focused with my eating despite how busy the week may get. I want to use tomorrow to prepack some snacks and have fruits and some veggies ready for quick eating. It is going to be a stressful week and I don’t want to make it worse by eating horribly.

Hope you all have a fabulous week πŸ™‚
