Oh what a week it has been!! I have taken on watching my friends two girls full time so that means a lot of other things have gone by the wayside. IT has made me realize that I am totally fine with only having two kids.. haha
One good thing that has come of it… I haven’t stopped moving!! I am constantly picking up a toy, getting food, feeding the baby, changing diapers or running up the stairs to stop fights!! So without even meaning to, I am getting a workout in and burning calories.
I have stepped back and gotten myself back on track with my Nutrisystem plan. I have gone back to measuring my food and being more conscious of what exactly I am putting in my mouth. I have gotten a lot better about getting in my water and juicing which has helped me be not so hungry all the time. I can tell on the days that I don’t have enough water because all I want to do is eat and have a headache!
I have also gotten better at adding in my veggies again from breakfast to dinner. I add spinach to my protein shakes in the morning and blend with ice for a frozen cool treat. I also love to chop up spinach and add it to all my lunches and dinners. It is a really easy way to get in veggies and spinach has such a mild flavor that it is easy to add to any meal.
I am happy to say that I lost .4 pounds this last week. While that isn’t much, I am just happy for a loss again. Down to 137.6. Just .4 more pounds and I will hit my 10 pound goal. I hope I can meet if not surpass that goal this week. I am doing my best to stay focused. Watch my portion and drink my water!!
