I was compensated for this post on behalf of Randall’s, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.
We all have to go grocery shopping right? Well, I would assume so since we all have to eat, but what makes grocery shopping better and a more rewarding experience is when you get something back just for doing something you already have to do on a weekly or more basis.
Randall’s has been giving their customers gas reward point just for shopping for quite some time now, but you could only use it at their own store gas stations. The Randall’s stores by me don’t have a gas station, so while I was earning gas rewards, I wasn’t ever able to use them. BUT now, Randall’s has now partnered with Exxon/Mobil so that you can now use your gas rewards points there as well!!
For every dollar you spend at Randall’s, you get one point towards your gas rewards. For every 100 points that you have, you can get $.10 off per gallon. When you buy gift cards, you get 4X the points. So this is the perfect time to start stocking up on your gift cards that you want to give out at Christmas. You get the awesome reward points and your friends and family get the gift cards.
I have to say that this is on thing I really like about grocery stores now and their rewards points. Gas and groceries are essentials so being able to save money on one or both is a win in my book. I also try my best to use my Randall’s app on my phone just before I got to download coupons and savings directly to my card without ever having to clip coupons. The Just For You program is great savings that it tailored just how you shop and what products you shop for. I can also check right from my phone what gas rewards I have available.
