Are you a serial saucer? Meaning that you love to add extra sauce, condiments, hot sauce to all of your foods? If your answer is yes, I want to introduce you to a new find of mine that I was sent to test out. You can sauce it up with Kumana Avocado Sauces that are a blend of plant based foods pureed into a delicious sauce that can be used in so many different ways. The sauces have a blend that is not overpowering in flavors or spice, so it can be used on anything from eggs, meats, veggies and more.

The Kumana Avocado Sauces start with a puree of onion, avocado, bell peppers, and then blended with other herbs, spices, and oils to create a refreshing plant based sauce. Be Original is their base sauce. Be Mango adds a subtle sweetness for a more tropical twist with the addition of mango, while Be Hot gives those heat lovers a little more kick. Their sauces have no added sugar which is great for those who follow sugar free diet plans.

I think my favorite way that I have used the avocado sauces is for wings. We cooked some wings in the smoker and then tossed them with the Be Mango when they came out and boy can I say they were divine. The sauces aren’t high in calories so don’t be afraid to pour it on and sauce it up.

The Kumana Foods Avocado sauces could make a fantastic marinade as well for meats or veggies. You could also use it a salad dressing if you thin it out just a bit with more oil. There are a lot of applications that you can use theses sauces and you really should add it to your kitchen arsenal. The sauces retail for around $9 and while it is limited to a few states as far as grocery stores, you can purchase it online.

What kind of recipes would you use the avocado sauces with or on? My husband needs to make some more smoked wings soon so I can smother them in some Be Mango! Learn more at Kumana Foods.
