We are taking life day by day. Really that is all you can do when you don’t know what each day will bring. Whether we are going through everyday life or in the middle of a pandemic. It has got me thinking that I need to be more conscious of building immunity my kids by making sure they are taking vitamins and supplements that keep them healthy and their bodies able to be strong. Little DaVinci® is a brand that sent me some vitamins and supplements to test out for the kids and hey even myself.

A daily multivitamin is the first step in building immunity. My kids aren’t always eating everything their growing bodies need each day. Really that is an understatement. Their eating is all over the place of what they will eat each day, but I rest easy in the fact that they can take a multivitamin to fill in where there are gaps. The Little DaVinci® Mighty Vite is a simple powder that mixes in to water with a light fruit punch flavor. It is a sugar free alternative to gummy vitamins. Might vite contains elderberry and probiotics to give your kids added immunity boosters all the way through.

The next layer in building immunity in kids is adding in other supplements like zinc. Little DaVinci immuni-z is an easy to chew twice daily tablets that makes taking zinc easy and delicious.

We have been doing a lot of outside time as well to give the kids more Vitamin D. Even though we can’t have soccer practice and games right now, we are making sure to keep them moving. It is a blend of steps that are helping my kids to stay healthier and their bodies ready to combat whatever germs are out in the world. What steps are you taking to build immunity in your kids?

Save 20% on any purchase on Little DaVinci®’s website at momsmeet.link/davincishop with the promo code MOMBLOG. Offer ends June 3, 2020.
