I have my own home bakery where I make cake bites, cupcakes, cookies and more. My only problem is that I like to eat a lot of it…Well, that is not really a problem, but you know what I mean. I love having the smell of baked goods in my house and being able to share my goodies with other people. But my lips were feeling a little neglected… Wouldn’t it be nice if a company made a cupcake flavored lip balm…
Chapstick sent me a fun package with all things cupcakes including Cupcake Flavored Lip Balm!!! Holy moly, truly a bakers dream. To be honest it is probably any girls dream. You get the cupcake flavor, smell and lip goodness without the adding calories! I say that is a win win situation.
Now this is not on the diet, but making some red velvet cupcakes with the mix from Sprinkles bakery was a great inspiration and got me in the mood for all things cupcakes. They were moist and delicious and I decided to change them up a bit with a Mascarpone Buttercream. Just sub mascarpone for the cream cheese in the frosting recipe and you have something divine and worth every.single.bite!
So you might be asking, what was my favorite flavor? Cake batter of course. Yummy vanilla cakey goodness. I don’t really like red velvet cupcakes, so I wasn’t as much of a fan of the Velvet Cupcake one.
