I started a new weight loss system last week(review coming soon) and have started to change the way I eat and snack. I have been slowly making changes, but have definitely needed a little boost to get me to snap out of some of my bad snacking habits. Something new I am trying is Almond Butter with Celery. I browsed HEB last week looking for some Almond Butter and found some in the Health Food section that you can do yourself, just like the natural PB that you can make only with Almonds. The kind that I got was actually salt free, but I kinda like it. You get the nuttiness without the extra sodium that we really do not need. I sometimes wish I could douse it with honey, but have been pretty good at just eating the Almond Butter and Celery without any add-ins. We will see if I can keep this up after my review time is over 🙂
