I am a “baker” of sorts in one of my side jobs. I started making cake bites in August ’10 and decided to make a small business out of it. I recently discovered a couple of new toys to make some other treats that I will start offering soon. I love the whole idea of mini treats and hope to stick with that. For Christmas, I got one of the Babycakes cake pop makers. It is so cute and I like that I could make cake bites that are a little less sweet.
I also got one of the mini donut makers too.. It is just too cute and I am having fun experimenting with recipes. I know… not good for the diet, but I am limiting my taste testing and letting others test for me 🙂
Here are some that I made for a friends birthday. They are Orange.. Yum.. I added some orange rind and orange juice to the batter.. They were oh so good and then I dipped the tops in white chocolate, but you could even put an orange glaze over them.. I am drooling just thinking about it!!
