This will be the first review on behalf of my (like a sister) Shea and her adorable little boy who we are going to call Nugget 🙂 Shea will be bringing you reviews for more baby items since my two aren’t exactly babies anymore and I don’t plan on having more kiddos.

With this being my first child, there is definitely a lot to learn about diapers, feeding, clothing and much more when it comes to babies. I have heard from lots of people that I should test out many different items and seeing what works for my baby before committing to a certain style or brand.

I am nursing Nugget, but want there to be times that mommy can get away for a little bit or have daddy help with the feedings so bottles are a necessity. One thing I don’t want is for Nugget to start to prefer the bottle over breast, so therefore I want to find a bottle that is as close to natural as possible.

Evenflo® has come out with a new collection called the Bebek® Collection:

  • Designed to be a natural extension of you
  • Silicone Proflow™ nipples rapidly vent releasing air bubbles into bottle, not baby’s tummy resulting in less gas, fussiness and colic
  • Features superior one-piece vented nipple
  • Expertly designed for easy assembly and leak-free feeding
  • Wide-base nipple feels more like Mom for easier latch and transition
  • Ergonomic shape makes bottle comfortable for both baby and parent to hold
  • BPA-free
  • Top rack dishwasher-safe
  • Available in three sizes including a special 2oz size designed to be baby’s first bottle.
Nugget overall seemed to like the bottle and took to the nipple fairly well. The flow on the bottle was slow enough for him that he wasn’t choking down the milk. I like that nipples are soft and flexible whereas some can be so hard and rigid. My only complaint is that the bottle was a little hard to hold on to because it is fairly wide.
The Evenflo® Bebek® Collection also includes pacifiers, training cups and steam sanitizer. There are several packs to choose from as well including a Starter Set which includes a 2 oz., 5 oz. and 8 oz. bottles,  pacifier, pacifier holder and bottle brush all for around $22.99 retail.

You can find out more about the Bebek Collection by visiting the Evenflo Website.
