I don’t often think about my glasses because I rarely wear them out of the house. The ones I have now I have had for a few year and while I love them it is sometimes fun to switch things up a bit. Firmoo had me pick out some new specs and this time I went with a look that was a bit out of my normal look and feel. You all know by now that I love pink so I went with a clear(ish) frame with pink sides.
What I love about Firmoo is that they have the size and with and everything you need to know about the glasses listed. Their frames are a really good price point. There is even an option to “try them on” online as well so that you can see how they might look on your face. I didn’t use this function this time because I took the measurements from my old glasses and found ones that were as close to that as possible. I have a more narrow face so I tend to need glasses that are smaller in size. I was a little limited on choices, but still found ones that I like.
You simply plug in the prescription that you get from your doctor and decide if you want the thinner lenses. I have pretty bad eyes so the thinner lenses are a must for me. My glasses came about 1 week or so after I ordered them. They came with a case and lense wipe as well as a tiny screwdriver. Seriously does your eye doctor give you all that for such a low price?
How do I like the glasses? They are just slightly smaller than I expected them to be, but still very comfortable and light. I was shocked how light they were. I am not completely in love with the shape of the frames, but they are growing on me. The prescription seems to be pretty close to what I need in them. Sure it feels a little off because they are new and my eyes need to adjust, but overall I was impressed.
