Freedom to be Spontaneous KY Liquibeads

So I am only 33..BUT I am in menopause. I had a hysterectomy last year after my cervical cancer diagnosis and I was put in to instant menopause. I am sure you have all heard some lovely stories about what menopause does to you. Hot flashes, mood swings, but did you know that it also brings on dryness “down there” and let’s just say that you are rarely “in the mood” for much of anything but sleep.

This can bring on quite a strain to any relationship at any age. Menopause is NOT NICE!! I am learning how to have the freedom to be spontaneous when all I would like to do is sleep and sleep some more since my energy levels are not what they used to be. So I did a little brain storming and shopping to come up with tools to have the freedom to be spontaneous.

What I decided to do what first buy an outfit that made me feel pretty. I am so bad about just wearing my workout clothes or wearing the “mom uniform” of jeans and a plain tshirt. By feeling better about how I look it will help me have the confidence to go outside my normal routine.

I have also tried to start working out more. By making my body healthier from the inside out, it will help me have the energy I need to want to do more in my relationship and not want to be asleep by 8 pm.

Another tool to help me have the freedom to be spontaneous is K-Y® Liquibeads. I found them at Walmart, but are available at many retail stores. Why this? Well they are little beads that you can place inside of you with a nifty little applicator so that when I do find the time and energy to be spontaneous that I will not have to be so dry “down there”. Steps for using them: Relax a little this won’t hurt, Place one of the beads in the plastic applicator, Insert the bead inside of you just like you would for your “monthly” time items, and then just wait for that special time to happen with your honey. Really it is that easy. I think it will help give me the confidence that I can enjoy the experience more. (Just a note that K-Y® Liquibeads is not for use if you are nursing or pregnant, to consult a doctor before use)

My hope that is that I will be more comfortable in my own skin with these couple of tools to help me learn how to have the freedom to be spontaneous. What are other ways that you suggest I learn to have the freedom to be spontaneous? I would love some tips from this either in menopause or not….

Here is $1 off coupon from Coupons.com to try K-Y® Liquibeads

I am getting a hysterectomy some time in the new year and I’m looking forward to it and dreading it all at the same time. I have severe endometriosis and PCOS, so I look forward to not having to deal with those things anymore, but I realize I will be trading those evils for new ones. I’m already experiencing dryness and I’m so grateful for products like KY Liquibeads to help with that problem. #client
