This is one time I am going to forgo the fact that I shouldn’t eat gluten. I am excited to let you know about the 4th annual Haute Wheels Food Truck Festival is coming to Houston next weekend. It is going to be two days of glorious food from some fabulous places and chefs with about 40 trucks participating.
But don’t think there is just going to be the food trucks there. You can also experience live bands both days so you can dance the calories away that you will be eating 🙂 Via Colori will also be there doing a full size food truck drawing. If you have never seen the artistry at work then I highly recommend you coming out to see it in action. Houston Dynamo and Houston Rockets will both be out with fun interactive spaces that get you moving as well as have chances for winning prizes from the Rockets Street Team. There is even some fun for the kids..Do you think you can walk on water?
I am definitely excited to try out some new foods that I haven’t before. The Monster PB&J truck should be a hit with my kids and they do have gluten free bread options. I have tried Angie’s Cake Balls before and they are divine. Another one on my radar is Katmania Crepes. I LOOOOVVVEE crepes!! Which truck do you most want to try out? And don’t forget the HEB Wine and Beer Garden for those over 21.

Haute Wheels takes place on the HCC Southwest West Loop Campus, 5601 West Loop South. Hours are 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 22 and 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 23.

ALL OF THEM…I WANT TO TRY ALL OF THEM!!! But Chi'Lantro, Detox Truck, Espresso Rescue The Coffee Truck, Miso Yummy, Muiishi Makirritos, Tila's Taco Truck will have to do for starters!!! LOL
