Don’t get me wrong… I love my iPad case. It can be either standing up on on its side and it really protects my ipad, but I sometimes wish it did just a little more. I use my iPad in the kitchen a lot. I search for recipes then take it into the kitchen to create away. While my iPad cover is great for allowing it to stand, I sometimes need it to swivel so that I can still see it while reaching for other ingredients.
Shoplet.com Office Supplies has a Tablet Stand from Kantek that can hold your tablet, iPad, or other size device. The coolest thing is that it swivels in any direction. I took my iPad out of the case at first because I didn’t think it would fit in the slot where the iPad stands, but to my surprise after using it the second time with the case on, it fit right in the holder. To not have to take my case on and off just to use the tablet stand is a great feature. I could pull up a recipe, go in the kitchen and swivel the tablet stand back and forth as I baked.
The kids thought it was cool to put the iPad in, watch one of their movies, and twist the tablet stand around and around. It has several notches where you can lay the stand down at different levels or you can put it completely flat to make it more like a Lazy Susan. This feature would be good for a meeting when you need several people to see what is on your tablet.
