We are back into the swing of school, but summer memories are still close. My kids practically worship the pool as much as we went this summer. I love being able to see them play with their friends and mommy get a break. It sure is nice that they are stronger swimmers, and I can just soak up the rays. The pool is now closed so how are we to keep summer fun going?
Over Labor Day the pool kept closing because of distant rumbles in the sky so we busted out the crazy water sprinkler as my kids have dubbed it. It is actually the Hydro Twist Pipeline Sprinkler. This cool almost garden hose like toy connects to the end of your water hose and then just turn the water on. It is so easy that my kids were able to set it up. Along the pipeline is two disks that shoot water straight up, along with six wiggle tubes.
The wiggle tubes are the best part since you never know where they are going to spray their water. We had my nieces and nephews over and they just had an absolute blast. They would run back and forth right over the pipeline sprinkler. The adults got just as much amusement watching the kids as they did playing in the water. Even my niece wanted to splash and stick her hands right in the water spray.
Keep Summer Fun Going
Another item we were sent was the Hurricane “reusable” water balls. We love a good water balloon fight, but man the cleanup is brutal. The Hurricane water balls, refill and are self-sealing. No more trying to tie those pesky tiny water balloons. All you have to do is keep a couple of buckets of water handy to dunk and refill. I love this one since some of the instant fill water balloons can get quite pricey for only a few minutes of fun. We can keep the summer fun going over and over again.
