For a lot of my adult life I have dealt with chronic pain. It isn’t something I often talk about since I try to pretend like it isn’t there. I have my good days and my bad days. One of the many reasons why I work from home is that I never know what kind of day I am going to have. Learning to ease the pain that I have on an everyday basis comes in many forms from diet changes, exercise, and other ways.

Learning to Ease Pain

  • Diet Changes- Food is a huge factor in easing the pain and inflammation. I have learned that when I eat certain foods I feel worse. While there are some things like gluten that I KNOW I have to stay away from, it isn’t always easy to stay away from some of my favorite foods and ingredients.
  • Exercise- When I was running consistently and really focusing on movement and health, my pain went way down. It never fully went  away, but I think taking the time for myself and my health made a huge difference. With all the stressors as of late and lack of time and motivation to work out, man oh man has my pain been in a flare.

  • CBD Oil- While I am not one who likes takes too many meds or different treatments, I have recently learned about the benefits of CBD Oil and its help with getting your body back on track to ease inflammation and other symptoms. PlusCBD Oil has a variety of ways that you can take the oil like capsules, sprays, balm, and droppers. CBD oil is hemp based cannabidiol that works with your body’s Endocannabinoid System that  are known to modulate and influence a variety of physiological systems including pain and appetite.

  • Baths- Taking baths helps me at the end of the day to release the tensions in my body and get back to being a little more centered. I use epsom salts in my bath water that are a great for getting some magnesium back.

So if you are like me and are learning to ease pain that you have lived with for a long time, there are many ways to help you get through the struggles. If you want to learn more about the benefits of PlusCBD Oil visit their website and see what it can do for you.
