I am happy to report that I am back on the working out wagon again! I have been on the treadmill 3 times this week. The first time I got on, I don’t know if I overdid it or my body just wasn’t happy with me, I was so sore for the next two days. I managed to get back on two more times!! I didn’t overdo it, but did just enough that I felt like I had really done something.
I am back to my pre-baby #2 weight and that makes me happy. I am still hoping to lose at least 10 more pounds by summer!!! I will be one happy lady when I finally get down to a size 8!
I am also back to watching more what I eat and not forgetting to eat. I realize when I had my protein shake in the morning, I was able to keep my focus more and have the energy I needed to get through the morning.

What food did you think was good, but discovered that it’s not?
There are plenty of things that I used to eat that I thought weren’t that bad for me, but much of it was!! It is funny that after getting things out of my diet for quite some time then going back when I am at one my low eating times, that those foods just don’t taste the same anymore.
