This may be a short post, but figured I would update a bit. I have not worked out in so long and it is really catching up with me. I got on the treadmill once last week and it felt great, but have been so busy and so stressed that I have not been on again. I have gained a pound or so back. I want to workout, but man stress sure does kill your mood!!
I am hoping that I will get back in to the swing of things very soon. I am tired of being tired and want my energy back!! I still have some weight that I want to lose and just want to be healthier overall.
Definitely looking to my Mamavation ladies for support and to kick my booty back in to gear 🙂
