Sorry I haven’t updates in a few weeks, but there really hasn’t been much to update. I have been holding steady around 137, some days higher but generally right around that point. I am still doing my juicing. I am trying to do 2 days worth at a time so that way on the days that I don’t have time to get all my juicing things out, I already have it ready for me to go.
I have cut out coffee again!! I started drinking it again for awhile and realized that my pain and other issues were getting worse, so I thought I would try cutting out the coffee again. Thankfully it has helped and I actually feel more alert and haven’t been craving as many bad for me foods since I am not having that crash that you can get after the caffeine fads.
Thankfully some of my recent orders have been for cake bites so I am stealing fewer bites of sweets as well. Not that my cake bites don’t taste good, but after seeing them for several years, it is easier to pass them up π
The holiday season is about to be in full swing starting this week and I am trying to prepare myself to enjoy foods, but still remember how the affect me and my pain. Will definitely keep up with my juicing since that helps curb cravings and hunger.
I am attempting to jump back in to working out with starting the #2weekchallenge with Mamavation. This time around we are doing it with the help of Bob Harper!!! How cool is that?!?! I maybe sore tomorrow, but I need to get myself back in shape and not just lighter on the scale! Wish me luck that I make it through π
This post is sponsored by Omron Fitness and hosted by Mamavation β a community dedicated to obesity prevention & weight loss for women and Iβm writing this to be entered into a giveaway
Keep up the good work with resisting the sweets and good luck on the 2 week challenge
Good luck with the 2 week challenge. Maybe that will help you get off your plateau π
Good luck with the 2 Week Challenge! I'm so excited about this one with Bob Harper. π

Juicing is *so* good. Haven't done it in years…but I should pick it up again. Great health benefits!
