Another week has passed and just seems to be flying by so quickly that I can barely keep up. I love this time of year with getting together with friends and all the fun events, but at the same time seem to get so overwhelmed that my head is spinning.
I have actually done fairly good with getting my running in. This was my tally for the week.
6 miles
4 miles
4 miles
5 miles
My eating was not good though. I have slipped back in to eating carbs and sugar and therefore my pain has increased. You would think that I would have learned and kept up with my clean eating and juicing, but when life gets so busy it is hard to keep up with it all and actually take the time to eat properly.
I am going to get my stuff for juicing at the store today and get it all made for the next few days and hopefully get back on track this week as best as I can. I hate being in pain and it just makes my moods horrible since I also don’t sleep well when I am in a lot of pain. My allergies have been acting up on top of it all because I haven’t been watching what I eat and has only made everything worse.
I am going to do my best to get some good runs in this week. I was hoping to hit 7 miles in one run this last week, but my body wasn’t quite up for it. I have a little while until the half marathon I want to run so plenty of time to work my way up, but gotta stay focused and take care of my body.
What are you doing this week to make yourself just one step healthier?
