What a week this last one has been!! Between birthday parties, Thanksgiving feasts at school, baking orders and more it has been a crazy busy week. Yet again my blogging has gone to the wayside so I will need to seriously catch up this week.
With all the running around I have been doing pretty good at getting my steps in!! A few of the days I even got my three miles on the treadmill in as well!! It definitely helps my energy and relieve some of the stress of life. My eating wasn’t too bad since I was so busy I actually hardly ate most days.
I am going to be starting a new challenge today!! I am signing myself up for a 12 week program to train for a half marathon…. Holy moly I never thought I would hear myself say that for sure. I want to do this for myself and see if I can accomplish it. After it is all done and I cross that finish line I will proudly display that 13.1 sticker!!
I will definitely need encouragement to keep going and stick with the training. This will mean me getting up earlier to get in my runs and really staying on track with my eating as well as learning what all I need to do to be able to run that long.
I am looking forward to this new challenge and pray I can accomplish it.
