I have done fairly good with keeping up with my juicing over the past week, but I have to say I notice such a big difference in me and my energy and allergies when I decide to take a day off. Even just yesterday, I wasn’t in the mood to make my juice and I paid for it with feeling awful, having o energy and my allergies acting up. I also noticed that I was so much more hungry than I had been normally. I drink the juice just like it is my water for the day and it really helps to keep me hydrated while at the same time giving me lots of nutrients. When I juice I don’t feel the need to snack nearly as much. Yesterday, all I wanted to do was eat and nothing satisfied my “hunger” so I just kept eating random junk. Today I am paying for it as well by having low energy and my allergies acting up again.
So I guess what I need to do is keep up with the juicing on top of eating healthy. When left to my own devices of getting nourishment and liquids in, I fall short. It is amazing how all that works in harmony!!
I am down a total of 25 pounds in the last 18 or so months!! Not too much longer till I will be at my goal weight!!
