I have good news to report this week!!! Thanks to my juicing and getting refocused on my food, I am down to 138.4 as of this morning!!! Wahooo. That means I lost 1.2 pounds this last week. The juicing has really get me back on track after all the hiccups lately and I am getting in so many more nutrients than I ever could have by trying to eat all those fruits and veggies. I don’t get cravings hardly at all and if I feel like I am getting a little hungry between meal times, then I just have some more juice.
Most of them have been pretty heavy on the veggies with just enough fruits to make it sweet enough. There have been a couple that didn’t taste so hot, but for the most part I have had some good combos of carrot, apples, celery, cucumber and either kale or spinach.
So I am just 1.2 pounds away from my 10 pound goal!!! Hoping I can make this happen by next week and get my first Nutrisystem Bear π
I haven’t gotten back on the treadmill yet like I was planning on. No excuses, I just didn’t do it. Trying to get my motivation back to working out again. It is so easy to fall out of the habit. I have been doing a few mini things with my Mamavation group in prep for our upcoming Fitcation12!! I am so ready to go and hope by going there I will get a little of my passion back and wanting to make me healthy AND stronger.
