Prayers

I got a horrible phone call this morning from my mom that my brother was in the hospital. Apparently, he was walking home late with one other person and as he was coming up to his apartment someone jumped out of the bushes with a gun and wanted money. I don’t know the full details of everything yet, but my brother was shot in the leg. I am asking for prayers that he heals quickly and doesn’t require surgery and that there will be no lasting injuries. We are so beyond grateful that his injuries are not life threatening and that the situation didn’t turn out worse than it is. I pray the police can find who did this!!!! I ask that you keep him in your prayers. We are going down to the hospital in just a bit to see him. I hope this reminds us all to be careful no matter where you are, what you are doing, and who you are with.
