One month. That is all we have left until school starts back again. While I look forward to having some mommy alone time while the kids are at school, I am not as looking forward to being up early, packing lunches, and all that fun. If you call it fun. haha But in all seriousness it is time to start thinking about stocking up on snack supplies. Sam’s Club is one of my go to spots for getting the kids snacks for school and things to pack in their lunches. It makes my life so much easier and just a bit cheaper to buy it in bulk versus trying to buy it at the grocery store each week. This will be the first of several posts that I am going to write about how I prep for back to school.

prep for back to school

Sam’s carries some of my kids favorite snack items. So we go there about once a month to stock up on different items. I want to share with you a couple of items that I get that helps with back to school.

First up is Nature Valley crunchy granola bars. They come in a 49 pack so this is one that I don’t have to restock every time I go. My son loves them for snack or to go along with his lunch.

Mott’s Medleys Fruit Snacks are always a favorite. My kids try to eat these several times a day, but I do my best to limit to one….

One more that we buy a lot is Pillsbury Mini Pancakes. If you are anything like me, the last thing you want to do in the morning is cook breakfast so these little handy packs of already made mini pancakes are a life saver.  I can pop them in the microwave and the kids can eat quickly at the house or take them in the car to eat on the ride to school.

Box tops

There is plenty more things that I buy from there, but these are just a few that I wanted to share with you. The bonus of these couple of products is that I can earn $$ for my school by purchasing them and redeeming the Box Tops. I will admit that I am new to the whole Box Top thing, but if I can buy products that help support my kids school then I am all for it. I will have another post soon showing how I redeem the box tops and you can as well. How do you prep for back school? Or do you just wing it?

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of General Mills® . The opinions and text are all mine.
