The dreaded teething age for babies… It seems like it lasts for months on end. Baby can be so fussy and irritable and in pain. The biggest problem is that they can’t talk to tell us what is hurting them so we have to make them as comfortable as possible. Some tricks I used when my kids were little were wet washcloths that I put in the freezer so that they could chew on them. It was cool on their mouth without being so overly cold that they don’t want to hold it. I also tried the teething gels, but most of the time those wound up all over their faces and not on the gums since they didn’t want me to touch the inside of their mouths.
