Having two young kids leaves little time for making breakfast or really any other meal really. But especially for breakfast, I like things that are quick and easy and give me the most nutrients and energy in the smallest package.
Quaker Soft Baked Bars are a fabulous wholesome food breakfast snack that gives you the fuel you need to start your day and be able to tackle the hours of cleaning and chasing kiddos around 🙂 It is made with real fruits and nuts which are essentials to power your body to get work done. Theya re about 140 Calories and come with about 6g of Protein. They would be great for breakfast, but could also be good for an afternoon pick me up. I know I get so hungry in the afternoons between lunch and dinner. I also love having snacks that are portable for whenever we are our running errands or visiting friends.
I think the Cinnamon Pecan would be my choice of flavor. I am a sucker for anything with cinnamon in it. But the Banan Nut might be a nice change too.
Quaker Soft Baked Bars would be great to have around for those mornings that you have to rush out the door and get the kids to school, but can also be handy to keep in your purse or bag for when you have a long day or errands to run.
We plan on going blueberry picking again this week and having a quick portable snack on hand is essential!! I think my kids would even like them.
