Smashburger New Location to Open in Deer Park, Tx 10/29

WHAT: Have a freakishly fun time at a pre-Halloween, grand opening event for the newest Smashburger in the greater Houston area!  The popular ‘better burger’ eatery is set to open their 17th Smashburger location in Deer Park at 8015 Spencer Highway. The restaurant will host a ghoulishly-fun event with games, giveaways and FREE Classic Smashburgers between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Throughout the day, Smashburger will be also doing a raffle drawing every hour for a “free burgers for a year” booklet.  Guests are encouraged to come in their Halloween costumes to enter to win a “best costume contest,” which will be voted on by CBS Radio, 100.3 FM DJs and Smashburger staff between 4-6 p.m. Those dressed to kill will have the opportunity to take a bite of some serious treats, including first, second and third place winners who will fly away with a $100, $50 and $25 gift certificates to Smashburger.

Featuring ample interior seating as well as an outdoor patio, the more than 2140 square feet location will feature a variety of customized recipes featuring nationwide favorites as well as regionally inspired menu items that Smashburger creates to fit the taste preferences of the local market—including: The Texas Burger, Baja Burger and Fried Jalapenos. Each Smashburger starts with fresh, never frozen 100 percent Certified Angus Beef that is smashed on a 400-degree flat grill to sear in the juicy flavor, and is then served on a toasted artisan bun and topped with a selection of the freshest produce, real cheeses, and highest-quality condiments.

WHERE: The new location will be located at 8015 Spencer Highway at Academy St. in Deer Park.
