In our household, my husband works during the day and I stay home with two little ones while running a small side baking business and this blog. This doesn’t leave much time or money to head to the gym and workout. A couple of years ago, we purchased a treadmill and love having it in the house, but my hubby especially would like some way to do more strength training without having to go buy a bunch of different weights and equipment.
We were sent the Sportline Men’s Health Quick Adjust Resistance Band which retails for $29.99
