So I just realized that I didn’t update this last week on my working out progress.
I have been working out on the treadmill, almost everyday, for a full 6 weeks!! I definitely can’t believe that I have actually made it this long. I have NEVER been able to keep to a workout routine even remotely this long. I thought I would get bored with the treadmill, but am surprised that I am actually loving it. I am also surprised that I have been looking forward to and trying to plan on doing a workout almost everyday.
I haven’t attempted the “Hip Hop Party” DVD again…BUT, I have gotten two Yoga DVD’s from my brother to try out. I really need something to help strengthen my neck and back and hopefully ease some of the pains I have. The treadmill has been great at relieving some of the tension I have, but the pains just keep coming back…..
I think what has helped me stick with the treadmill is (1) I have been doing a program that goes from walking to running and it is not just one pace the whole time or me trying to control it myself and (2) I finally have the determination to really lose weight and get healthier. I never thought I would be one to say this, but it has felt so great to workout and get more energy. I am getting more done each day, well at least more than I used to. I don’t think I can ever get everything done that I would like to all in one day.
I look forward to keeping up this routine and hopefully this next week adding in more things. I still haven’t lost much weight yet, but I have noticed some slimming in certain places. Still a ways to go…
Next thing to work on, is a food program.. I am eating healthier, but I am sure there is more that I should be doing on that front to help out. Where should I look? Are there programs out there that any of you are using that you could suggest?
I've been working out 2 months already, and I love it! I noticed I get more energy too. But after the work out, I get hungry and can't stop to eat.

Btw, I stumbled upon your blog via Monday blog hop,
and I'm now your newest follower via GFC.
Please feel free to visit my blog @

http://www.momfashionworld.blogspot.com/

Thanks!
