I was sent samples of the AMRAP Nutrition Bars to facilitate this review on behalf of #SweatPink. All thoughts are my own. I really struggle with finding foods that help my pre and post workouts. There are so many to choose from, but the more I think about it I want something that is not going to completely ruin the work I am putting in to my workouts and run. I want whole nutrition that fuels and refuels my body.AMRAP NUtrition Bars.JPG AMRAP Nutrition has that exact philosophy when it comes to their products. Whole, raw foods that are 100% Paleo, Gluten Free, GMO Free, Dairy Free, and unprocessed. They take clean fuel and make it a top priority. They have a combination of good proteins and carbs that will help you become a well rounded athlete. AMRAP recently debuted three new flavors to their line up Almond Honey, Fig and Cacao, and Cashew Vanilla. I am always a little skeptical when it comes to new foods, but they changed my perception with the very first bite. Yep the very first bite. I tasted the almonds, honey, coconut, cinnamon… Not a bunch of random ingredients. Want to know what is in the bars: Ingredients: Almonds, Honey, Unsweetened Coconut, Egg-White Protein, Sesame Seeds, Cinnamon, Sea Salt. That’s it!!ย AMRAP Nutrition Bars Almond Honey.JPG The other two bars are just as basic and just as good… The Almond Honey was my favorite, but liked the variety of the other two as well. The Fig Cacao reminded me of a fig newton without all the yuck. The price is a little steep, but when you think about it, spending $4 on real food versus $4 on unreal processed food sounds like a better idea to me. Want to try the bars for yourself? Three(3) of my lucky readers will win a box of their choice (Almond Honey, Cashew Vanilla, or Fig Cacao) to try and keep. Giveaway will end 9/12/14 at midnight. Good Luck and Happy Entering ๐Ÿ™‚ a Rafflecopter giveaway

Almond & honey is my favorite, too! I agree – $4 for real food is way better than $4 (or less!) on processed food. ๐Ÿ™‚
