School is back in full swing and one thing we were not the best at remembering during the summer was taking care of our mouths as well as we should. It is so easy to get out of the habits of brushing twice daily, using floss, and mouthwash. So with the schedule of the new school year, we are now doing our best to get in to a good schedule for getting our teeth clean, fresh, and healthy.
Listerine sent us a package full of products that will help us in our journey back to mouth health. My kids went straight for the mouthwash made just for them. I have to say that I love the bottle type. My kids can squeeze it to get the proper amount they need without having to attempt to pour it into a cup where they inevitably spill it ALL OVER THE COUNTER!! So props to Listerine for that ingenious top. This has helped get my kids excited to really freshening their breath after they brush.
Mommy and Daddy have gotten back in to better mouth health as well. My confession here is that I hate flossing!! Like really hate it. I might do it on the day I head to the dentist or if something gets stuck in my teeth. I have sensitive teeth and gums, but Listerine has even picky me covered. Their Gentle Gum Care Floss was perfect. It was soft and smooth as I glided it through my teeth. It didn’t cut up my gums like some floss does. This makes me want to actually use it on a daily basis.
My husband instantly took to the Healthy White Gentle rinse. We both liked how our mouths felt after swishing away. Maybe this is just the thing we have needed as a family to change our non habits into daily habits.
