I was sent filing products from Smead on behalf of Shoplet.com Office Supplies. All thoughts are my own.

Most people would faint if they saw how utterly unorganized my home office is. Like as in I can barely walk in there it is so full of stuff. From baking supplies, to fridge and freezer, to endless amount of papers and junk. I used to be so organized, but just can’t seem to keep up with everything like I used to be able. One place that I really need to get better at is with paperwork. Papers get lost so easily then it takes me an hour to sort through all of them just to find one piece that I am looking for. Thankfully I was sent some products from Smead that just might help.

Besides just basic filing folders, they now have ones where you can erase what you write on the tab so they can be used over and over again SuperTab Erasable Manila Folder. Say you want to organize bills by month, then at the end of the year you want to group it in to one folder. You are then left with all of these other folders with the wrong year labeled on them. Now you can rewrite what you would like on the top without having to use a new sticker label.

I am one who likes color as well, so they have FasTab Hanging Erasable Folder and Vertical File Folder with many colors to choose from to help you get organized if you are like me and prefer visual color cues besides just written cues. This has helped me separate baking versus blog versus personal stuff.

If you need more on the go type storage, the Step Index Organizer expandable filing systems is probably what you need. The top closes so if you drop it all the papers don’t instantly scatter. I used it just today to file some of the kids pictures, bills, and random blog papers that I needed to keep close by.

So how long do you think I will take me to organize my whole office?
