This post is sponsored by Nature’s Bakery but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

The countdown is on for back to school time. The mornings will be busy getting ready for school, afternoons are filled with homework and soccer, so I have to make sure that my kids are eating nutritious snacks that will help them get from one activity to another. Back to school snack packing has been made just a bit easier with a new discovery of Nature’s Bakery Fig Bars in both Whole Wheat and Certified Gluten Free.

Back to School Snack Packing

My kids have their own shelf in the pantry where I have set up containers for their various snacks and foods so that they can easily grab and go. We often are a little rushed in the morning and they take a snack for school each day. By having snacks that are on their level and ready to grab, it makes it easy for me and them to know- hey I can get something from this bin if I am hungry.

I bought Nature’s Bakery Fig Bars on a whim one time for a road trip and have kept them around ever since. I love that they are made with ingredients that are wholesome. They are made with real ingredients that I can be proud to give to my family. Their soft baked sweetness is just so satisfying. For those who have kids with food allergies, Nature’s Bakery Fig Bars are Certified Vegan, Dairy Free, Soy Free, and Nut Free. Like I said they have a Ground Whole Wheat version as well as a Certified Gluten Free Version.

With flavors like blueberry and raspberry, they appeal to all kinds of palates. My kids know they can grab a fig bar and a piece of fruit in the morning to make back to school snack packing a cinch. You can find Nature’s Bakery at most of your local grocery stores. So go ahead and stock up on all the flavors, we saw a lemon one today that sounded just divine.
