Best Way to Get Your Kids to Take Their Vitamins

I participated in this campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for L’il Critters. I received product samples and a promotional item to thank me for my time.

My kids are fairly picky eaters. Veggies do not pass their lips unless I can sneak them into a muffins. I try to offer new things every once in a while and they are getting better at at least trying them, but rarely will they add anything new to their list of foods they will eat. They do drink a lot of milk which makes me happy, but I know they are still lacking in some of the vitamins they need on a daily basis to help keep them strong and growing.

I don’t think there are many people in this world who like swallowing big horse pill vitamins and the “chewable” ones can sometimes taste horrible. I discovered gummy vitamins a little while back and that has been the best way for me and the kids to get our vitamins in each day without having to gag down a pill.

L’il Critters™ Gummy Vites are specially formulated with kids in mind. They have the perfect balance and blend of vitamins in each gummy that can help your kids grow strong. What makes me even happier is that they are free from some of the common allergens that are so prevalent now. I try to keep the intake of less than stellar foods out of my kids as much as possible, so it is nice that there is a vitamin that is not chock full of junk.

My kids love taking their gummy vitamins each morning. They enjoy the gummy texture and they taste like fruit and not some awful vitamin smell that some pills have. My kids are actually the ones who remind me each day to put their vitamins on their plates with breakfast. When you give them something that is good for them and actually tastes good they are much more likely to want to have it again.

L’il Critters are available at most major retailers. To learn more about them check out the L’il Critter Facebook page. If you have trouble getting your little ones or even big ones to take their vitamins each day, I highly recommend gummy vitamins! They offer a wide range of formulas to help with various vitamin needs. Check them out!
