I love making homemade ornaments with my kids every year. It is fun to look at the ornaments each year when we put the older ones on the tree.

I love when we all finally meet up at my moms house and the whole family has lunch and does gift exchange. It’s hard with first responders to all be in same place at once.

Each year we try to adopt a couple of children or a family to help out with Christmas, watching my children try to pick things out for others, and learning what it truly means to give….. nothing is better!
