This post was sponsored by The Fitness Games through my partnership with Fit Approach as a Sweat Pink Ambassador. I was not compensated monetarily, but was provided the Platinum Version of the application for review. As always, all opinions are my own.
It is always fun to find new apps that can challenge you especially when it comes to fitness. There are days that I have no idea what I should do or what combo of exercises would be best. Let me just say that there are a LOT of fitness apps out there that it can be overwhelming. One that I have recently tested out was The Fitness Games.

In this app you can find friends that you can challenge to different workouts. Of course there are different levels and more workouts that you can unlock by paying for them. If you don’t have any added friends that want to accept your challenge, you can do it alone or challenge someone you don’t know by using the location service.
The categories that you can choose from are Strength, Cardiovascular, Full Body, and Cross Training. I mostly used the Cardiovascular function since I am training for a marathon in just a few short months. (I have not been doing good with my training by the way….). I hope to use this function more to challenge myself to getting out there and running as well as have a tracker for workouts that I have done.

I can see this app being better for people who work out on a more regular basis and those who work out several times a day. I wasn’t able to test it out to its full ability since I have only been working out on a limited amount of time this past month. I hope you check it out and maybe it will get your inspired to work out just a bit more and if you love a little friendly competition, you can challenge your friends to work out with you!
